Once item has been ordered it can not be returned as it has been made especially for you. Please allow 5-7 regular business days for regular USPS shipping after initial 5 days of ordering material & completing completing your special order. If you would like to RUSH order you may do that at an additional cost starting at $35 . You can also expedited shipping at an additional cost depending on weight of items ordered. TBD
